Tax Protesting Browns Get Busted

How many law enforcement personnel did Pdoherty take out during the firefight?

Right... you have to enlighten me here. What sock of him did I miss during my absence, and what did that sock do/say he would do?

I've had ongoing arguments with tax protestors on other forums and I am continually amazed at the parallels in broken thought patterns between it and CT (and math cranks and psuedoscience pushers).

but wait....noone hurt, taken peacefully...thats not how the evil all powerful cabal does things...how did this happen...why was no memo sent???

If they are dead, they can't cough up all their due 'taxes', can they?

given all you have to do is put on a black shirt and chant "9/11 was an inside job" to infiltrate them, they should be scared....really scared...lol

The line on NH news: "They invited us in; we escorted them out."

Found guns, ammo, explosives, and "evidence that the property was booby-trapped".

Glad no one was hurt.

ROFLMAO. According to this story on CNN the feds just walked up to the door, knocked, pretended to be supporters and got invited in....

Presumably they're now in even deeper doo-doo after weapons, ammunition and explosives were found on the property.

ETA: Mercutio beat me to it.

People who claim that the 16th amendment was never ratified are idiots.

Especially when it was ratified with something like a surplus of 5 states of the required 3/4s.

Actually, at the time, it was only ratified by a surplus of 2 states over the required 3/4 -- 38 of the then-48 States voted to ratify in 1913. Interestingly, some of the remaining 10 States voted to ratify it later, after it had already become an official Amendment to the Federal Constitution. c.f. http://evans-legal.com/dan/tpfaq.html#ratification .

Of course, in any discussion of the ratification of the 16th Amendment, you just KNOW someone is going to bring up the fact that Ohio forgot to officially accept Statehood until 1953.

1. Endangering the public
2. Illegal use of firearms
3. Illegal use of explosives
4. Public Mischief
5. Endangering the lives of law enforcement

I am sure the list will be much longer.

another argument i heard was that another state legislature (kentucky maybe?) only saw a draft of the amendment before voting on it, and that shouldnt count as they didnt vote on the final text

but even if you give them both of those though, it still sqeaks by with just the 3/4 majority

Pdoh was boasting over at the SLC forums that he wanted to join the browns and kill police officers.

Holy *****

That was bad. You are ***** nuts if you promote the killing of police officers - killing in general. I didn't read the whole thread because my head was about to asplode.

I wonder what Pd'oh will do when he ever finds himself in a situation when he desperatly needs the cops. Like a burglar in his mum's basement. Or the schoolbully trying to steal his milk money. When the cops arrive, will he kill them?

Gosh, how I hate people that hate the police.

Can I hate particular members of the police force? 'Cos I do. She arrested me.

Yeah, my lawyer made her look like a fool, and everything was dropped and she was officially chastised, but still...

(and it was in NH, so it is almost on topic...)

What did you do? Or didn't do?

(You brought it up, so now we have to know)

I am under no obligation to tell you. Live Free Or Die.

(sorry--obviously, I did nothing. The question I won't answer is "what were you accused of doing?")

Oh well, to bad :)
But that's your right.

Anyhoo, there are cops who act bad, like to enforce their powers and misuse their authority. I have no idea how they deal with it in the US (?) but when such behavior gets into the lights here in The Netherlands (for instance through a complaint), they get a sturdy reprimande, or with very serious cases it's bye bye to their career with the police.

Great, now I have the theme song of "Hardfire" (Ron Weick's show) playing over and over in my head...lol
