I'm in and this will be my first TAM. I want to meet with the newbies as well as the oldies. As a matter of fact I'm looking forward to the whole event. I'm curious though will there be a designated area that Attendees/Members can just hang out be it official or unofficial?

Well, the last couple of years at the Stardust most folks checked in at the Hospitality Suite and there was a particular bar that you could ususally finds folks at, and Dinner at the Peppermill would normally have some JREF'ers, but with us going to the Riveria, there is too much unknown.

We need to organize something for Wednesday night for all us early arrivers, to give us a chance to meet and get the layout of the land, so to speak.
 
My lovely wife and I will be there, as well as the hairy kilted bastard (chasing23, aka Rich, who was with me last year as well.)

So where's the fun bar and where's the dinner? Peppermill again? what's up? HUH?

Excellent. I'll have a cd for you too. We recorded the drums in the studio, then the rest was done at my guitarist's house. It's not the best recording I've ever made, but the music is pretty good. I think you'll like it.
 
Speaking of registrations...

I registered to the Conference via the on-line system about 7 or 8 days ago, and I haven't got any notification from the JREF, nor my credit card has been charged so far.

Is it just me taking so long in getting a reply, or this is the normal path?

I don't want to bother Linda with this until I'm reasonable sure that it is just my problem.

I would take it to Linda.

I got confirmation right away when I registered. Seconds, if I remember properly.
