Quote the latest post containing the table. Make sure to remove the outer {quote} and {/quote} tags and any other spurious text. Then copy one of the rows, insert it in the appropriate spot alphabetically, and modify it with your information.

I understand that it is easy to find people if you are looking alphabetically. But it isn't easy to find who you are arriving/leaving with.

Right, anyone able to give poor me a ride from and to the bus stop? More than willing to pay for gas.
 
I'm really hoping to find someone to share a cab with. My flight gets in a 1:10 and I have a shuttle booked at 1:30. That gives me 20 minutes to depart the plane, go to baggage and then get out the door to the shuttle. I see catching that shuttle as unlikely. So if anyone is arriving close to the time I get there, or a little after, let me know.

Last year I was found by someone not on this list. So here's hoping.
