TAM London Roll Call

Maybe me!
There seems to have been some trouble with international (non-UK) registrations. But I am still hopeful, I got through to the other side of the check-out and got one confirmation letter.
(Many got two confirmation letters, that is why I am still a bit sceptical about if I am coming or not.)
 
I was going to register tonight.

No one is asking my opinion, but if I was putting on a program that sold out this quickly, this far in advance, I'd be paying refunds and booking a larger location, stat.

We were very surprised to hear that the tickets had all sold out so quickly, which seems unfair on those who were at work.

Well, I hate to claim 'unfair' as there likely isn't any good way to parse out how many are sold each hour. It might not have been 'at work' time in the UK.

Well, since selling started at noon, and they were all gone in a few hours, I think it's safe to say they all went during working hours. :)

ETA: the notice announcing the sell-out was posted no later than 16:50, and I think the tickets had gone before then. So, well under 5 hours.

I know the sell-out surprised a lot of people, including us. We did quite a bit of research before settling on venue and an anticipated number for registrations for this first-time event.

Researching other potential venues began early yesterday afternoon. There are many, many things to consider before making any changes, if there are changes made, but we are already at work trying to see if there are options.

Ok, it was noon in the UK - so it was rather early in the US.

Hoping they can find a larger venue!
