TAM 8 USB stick has stuff on it!

[Gilmar]

I don't know if it was announced or noted anywhere at TAM 8, but the JREF USB stick we got has stuff on it. Its capacity is 2GB, with about 244MB used.

Contents:
Conjuring with Barbara Walters.mp4
Project Alpha Look Back_1.mp4
The Ideomotor Effect.mp4
Directory: \An Encyclopedia of Claims, Frauds, and Hoaxes of the Occult and Supernatural
(A digital edition of Randi's book)

This was mentioned to the hordes of people at the registration table first thing Thursday morning, but I don't know if it was publicised again.

Cheated! I never got one of those. Where were they?

On the same table as the T-shirts were being handed out.

[AdMan]

The person who gave me the USB stick after registering mentioned there was already stuff on it.

BTW, isn't the encyclopedia the same as the one that is online? No complaints, just wondering.

[kittynh]

wow. I forgot all about it, it's still in my bag... (very small). Cool

[ShowerComic]

And FYI -- the stick is formatted FAT -- readable by PC, and MAC users.

Ditto. Thanks for the reminder!

[Wowbagger]

I knew there was stuff on it.

But, I might have forgotten to mention that, a few times, when I was the one giving them out.

[paperskater]

Oops, I thought it was a piece of chocolate...

[The Central Scrutinizer]

I got one, but I have no idea where it is.

Hopefully you didn't try the Tim Tam Slam with it!!!!!

When you're giving out that many, and if you're rushed, it's possible to forget to mention it. I probably forgot a few times too.

[Ed Baehr]

Mine was delicious.

[HawaiiBigSis]

I knew this, and was watching for a thread on it, unless I got around to viewing the stuff on it first, and then I'd start a thread. But you beat me to it, Gilmar!

[paperskater]

Mine was delicious.

Hahaha!

(Hi Ed!)

[Copernic]

I just remembered that.

Must take a look.
