I just noticed the call for papers was posted on the JREF news site, but I hadn't seen anything on it here.

I've done this before, and will be submitting another paper this year, and I recommend it to anyone who has something they'd like to say. It's really quite fun!

Thanks fir posting this! I PM'd Ray with a paper proposal a few weeks ago, but have received no reply. So I just emailed him with it. I hope it gets accepted!
