Incidentally, how long does it normally take to get stuff confirming registration? Being foreign I assume it will take a little longer than for you Merkins, but given the fun I had actually getting the internet to accept my money, I can't help being a little worried that they may not actually know I'm coming.

I only got a confirmation email. If you got that you should be all set, nevertheless, if you're worried it can't hurt to bring printouts of the registration page, payment receipt, and Paypal, credit card or bank statement.

Linda always brought the master registration lists and copies of all registration paperwork so she could look up anyone who had a problem. We will have that ability at TAM8, so if the site took your money, there's a record of it, and we'll have it at TAM.

I seem to have a PayPal receipt at least, so I assume it will all be fine. And since I'm helping with registration on Thursday morning it looks like I'll only have to bribe myself to let me in, which will keep it nice an simple at least.
