A lot of the dystopian stuff from that era can be pretty lifeless. Getting really bogged down in a talkfest of political philosophy. Amazon want $10.00 for it - The fact it is a forgotten novel might suggest if $10.00 is a fair price or not

For one thing, in the years after 1937 book buyers might have been rather wary of entering a book shop and asking, "By any chance do you have a copy of a book I'm looking for? It's called Swastika Night." Of course it may be tosh, but I'd like to hear from someone who's read it.

Read it, but can't remember much other than the Nazis had made a world where people all had knightly ranks and women were pretty much possessions.

It's pretty good, surprisingly so for a book published before WW2 started and better than any of the other Fascist dystopias of the period that I've read.

And please I was not offering a definitive response about the book. Just warning the style might not be to modern tastes. I consider myself a bit of a student of science fiction from the era and I have not even heard this book referenced in any context
