Ok, what about fasting upto pre-permanent/serous damage level?
FastingWP is mostly observed for religious reasons and has few (non-woo) medical benefits.
Quite the opposite, in fact.

By definition, though, most of us fast each night - between evening meal and next morning meal.

When I do all these brainstorming or learnings, obiously I am also reading, thinking & wrighting a lot esp. whatever with in my capacity. Otherwise how can?
Otherwise? I suggest you get a good (fiction) book and read it. Watch some movies. Or if you want to help the world, do some voluntary charity work. Or, take an English course.

In the now many years you have haunted various forums, you have learnt very little and discovered absolutely nothing. Science is obviously not your thing.

I have seen that they discontinue or reduce eating food & even drinking water for some time, take rest(dead like) in a dark, hidden & cool corner and at many time they become healthy. They don't take inspite we force. I am not sure if it is common.

Evidence? (I said it! :D)

Bombs are good when dropped on people who are trying to hurt you.

Some medicines are risky when taken when you aren't ill...try a course of chemo someday...but anything that stops a disease and keeps you alive is good.

.

At first place, who made cancer cells to hurt us?

Can there be any choice?

This is not uncommon. If an animal is wounded or too sick to hunt/search for food, its best route of action is to hide, use as little energy as possible, and hope to recover. Large herbivores, which can feed even when quite sick rarely do this, whereas solitary hunters, like cats and predatory birds, do it regularly.

The only way it helps them to recover is by minimizing energy loss.

"They" what specifically?

It is fairly natural for an out of condition or injured animal to slink off somewhere and hide from predators while it tries to recover.

But since you have not studied this "phenomenon" methodically, let alone scientifically, it is mere anecdote.

What of all the animals that slink of somewhere and die that you never observed?
They don't take inspite we force.
Huh?
I am not sure if it is common.
So you don't even know if it actually occurs, but you think it is a cure for cancer?

Not very scientific - quite the opposite in fact. It's what used to be called in the (non-politically correct) West as "Old Wive's Tales".

Or in short - rubbish.

Religious suggestions/practices can also be meant for improving health--physical & metal.

Someone in stem cell therapy, told me good night sleep(sympathetic stimulation-repair & maintainance) is good for stem cell activities.

This is not my feeling.

Not in this case

A good night's sleep is useful for the body and mind to recover from the rigours of every day life. That's why our bodies require us to do it.

It has nothing to do with the "benefits" of fasting.

You can back this up with evidence, I'm sure.

Yes, some of them are quite sensible. Fasting is not among them.

'Stem cell therapy' is a very experimental science. I very much doubt anybody working with that has time to talk to you. There are some fellows trying to sell 'Stem Cell Therapy': www.regenecell.com

They are quacks and liars. If your recent interest in stem cells is inspired by them, forget about it.

That was my personal observation. I can't say these are evidance still;

How to Tell if Your Bird is Sick
By Don J. Harris,DVM

Birds in the wild instinctively hide illness in an attempt to avoid predators who prey on sick or injured birds. Pet birds are also just as effective in hiding illness as their wild counterparts, and it is up to bird owners to recognize subtle behavioral and physical signs that may indicate their birds are sick.

Behavioral signs may include:
•Sleeping later in the morning than usual
•Sleeping more during the day
•Irritability
•Unusually compliant or passive
•Sitting on the bottom of the cage
•Picking at food and/or not eating at usual times
•Eating less overall
•Vocalizing less
•A change in the voice or hoarseness
•Different breathing pattern
•Making unusual sounds when breathing

I and my family feel better on one/two day fasting though bit inconvinient on first day.

It has nothing to do with the "benefits" of fasting.

Does it benefit in improving healing & sickness?
