We do care for ecological imbalances.
Also meaningless
I do not understand, please rephrase.
It doesn't, so there is no need to try and understand anything. Cells are autonomous, especially cancerous cells.
ETA: Kumar, I had to through under-grad and grad school before we learned 'everything' about how cells interact. And even then, I do not understand much. Do you really want us to try and explain such complex ideas to you? Do you have any university education in biology, cell biology, genetics or microbiology?
A short attempt. Each cell is filled with receptors and transport channels. In response to stimuli from their environment cells can release certain signalling molecules that then make the cells that can recieve these molecules react in a certain way. All of these things are part of a massive action/response interactive network of a complexity that boggles the mind and that runs fully automatically without any active input from the brain.
These continuous checks and balances ensure your skin keeps growing, while your brain does not etc.
The fact that something in that network can go wrong is not that surprising. The surprising part is how *little* it actually malfunctions.
However, and this cannot be stressed enough. This is not a sentient network. It does not think, it has no emotions, it is just a very complex chemical reaction. Thus if something goes wrong there is no consious decision to kill the host, its just a side effect.
No. There are many forms of cancer. Things are what they are, whether they are known or not.Cancer is cancer alike Sun is sun because both are universily known.
Cancer does not kill by consuming all our nutrients. It kills because in its unregulated growth it will destroy essential organs by literally tearing them apart. Once those are gone the patient dies, and when that happens the cancer becomes starved of nutrients.
That is not a case of being 'better'.

Excuse me, but that is an extremely stupid question. How is a cancer cell nourished? Trough the blood-stream. When the blood-stream stops, what do you think happens? Therefore I am asking.
Cells esp. cancer cells can be autonomous but still they can be dependant on surrounding environment & signals. They die with the death of host, it suggest they are also dependant on us or on environment signals. Nutrients may not exhausted in many cases esp. accidental but still they die on such death.
Will above system go on working like it even in brain dead person?
VIRULENCE
Evolution
According to evolutionary medicine, optimal virulence increases with horizontal transmission (between non-relatives) and decreases with vertical transmission (from parent to child). This is because the fitness of the host is bound to the fitness in vertical transmission but is not so bound in horizontal transmission.
The pathogen population can evolve once it is in the host. There are three main hypotheses about why a pathogen evolves as it does. These three models help to explain the life history strategies of viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens, including reproduction, migration within the host, virulence, etc. The three hypotheses are the Trade-Off Hypothesis, the Short-Sighted Evolution Hypothesis, and the Coincidental Evolution Hypothesis. All of these offer ultimate explanations for virulence in pathogens.

Quorum sensing is a type of decision-making process used by decentralized groups to coordinate behavior. Many species of bacteria use quorum sensing to coordinate their gene expression according to the local density of their population.

How would you know? You don't understand half the words. Kumar, PLEASE stop posting loose snippings that you don't understand.Above quotes are interesting & relevant to topic.

Partially.
Some vital functions do depend on the unconscious parts of the brain. Breathing and I believe heart-beat, too. So the body of a brain dead person will die quickly.
But, yes, AFAIK your cells will be alive for a little while after you die.
And the body of a brain dead person can sometimes be kept alive, too, with a respirator. (Which looks like the heart might actually still be beating all by itself after all.)
You asked about who will judge about "nature balance". I told how it can be judged. Although God should be there to judge & take necessary action because it is big issue beyond our capacity but still we can judge by few clues which I thought & told in my last post.
Thanks it is now clear to me.
Btw, how cancer cells will behave in a brain(may be nervous system) dead person?
Excuse me, but that is an extremely stupid question. How is a cancer cell nourished? Trough the blood-stream. When the blood-stream stops, what do you think happens?
Kumar, do try to think for yourself, sometimes.
Hans
If someone were unethical enough to pump around the blood of a braindead person with cancer, and supply that blood with oxygen and nutrients the cancer will keep growing. Possibly eventually it will destroy the host body to such a degree that even such a system would fail, but doing this violates human morality to such an extent that only the most depraved persons would be willing to perform such an experiment.
?? So what? Why do you want to know this in such detail? Does it matter at all?Yes but in case of slow death nutrients may get exhausted at reducing level, but in case of accidental case, suddenly. Meat of saultered animals look to be more red(I am veg so can mistake).
Well, why don't you read some literature and find out? Why must we do your homework?Do cancer cells use signaling molecule for Quorum sensing mechnism?
How would you know? You don't understand half the words. Kumar, PLEASE stop posting loose snippings that you don't understand.
You can ask questions, and even if they may be naive, I'm sure people here won't mind answering, but all this googling is just confusing you.
You are like someone who collects random auto parts and demand people build him a car.
