B) Georgia is also a country, part of the former USSR.
C) Moldova is a country next to the country Georgia.
D) Taitz was born in Moldova.

Now for some Loughneresque logic:

A is part of the US, anyone born their is eligible to be President of the USA
B and A have the same name
C is next to B which is the same as A
Therefore C is part of the US and anyone born there can become president.
Therefore Orly Taitz can run for president.
