Structural Engineer Says Inside Job

Am I the only person who got the impression he hadn't actually read the NIST report? Rice only discusses them from the viewpoint of a documentary and gets quite a number of technical details wrong.

But heck, if they carry on at this rate the 9/11 movement is going to have roughly as many qualified experts in relevant fields as the Intelligent Design lot by the year 2500.

There is no one named William Rice on the faculty of the Vermont Technical College at this time. The only "William Rice, P.E." that Google found was a hydrologist living in Alaska.

Yeah, the column mentions he 'was also a professor at Vermont Technical College', my bold.

I checked Pennsylvania's P.E. database. There are three separate listings for William Rice, one has an active license.
