lol so every time he confronts a bilderberg member their face turns white and they run away? So apparently they are big evil eugenicists and control world affairs but they can't come up with a simple lie to tell to Lukes face? Apparently the chip in their brains has limitations.

Luke doesn't seem to understand that maybe being a pushy and nosey conspiracy theorist and making baseless accusations is why they run.

Does Russia Today realize that the Colbert Report is a comedy show and that Colbert was mocking people who think the Bilderberg Group could have reporters killed? Does Luke realize that Colbert was humoring him in the pre-show audience warm up and mocking him on the show?

It could mean as Bell suggested. It also is a slang term for being targeted for murder.. namely by the Bilderberg Group. Of course.. that might not really be a legit term for being targeted for murder considering my source for the term is the TV series The Shield.
