Abdul is right, the stove when activated is acting as a line filter. Even tho a stove is primarily a restive device it can still be an inductor including the wire from the service. I have seen similar situations where the refrigerator sends compressor noise ( or any motor, fluorescent, neon fixtures, hell if a bug farts you'll hear it on AM. ) back thru the wiring. It could be leakage from one of the hot legs to ground at the stove or a fluorescent starter in the stove ( is there a light? ) When the stove is turned on viola'. The source could be anything the cure could fairly easy. Since its cyclical I think automatically of the fridge, anyway If you have a VOM you can probably fix it your self add a noise filter at the service ( a ,1 mfd@300v poly works best and 50-100Ohm 1 watt resistor in series is good) just attach that across the to hot legs. Or goto radio shack or the power company and buy a filter. As others have stated an FM radio would be faster =)
