Start your own conspiracy theory

What you really need for a conspiracy to take off is to make a youtube or a website on it taking quotes and pictures out of context.

For example, with the faked saddam hussein death post a video "showing" that the hanging video is fake with the lighting angles, and that the "fall guy" obviously got plastic surgery.
 
The Smiths predicted the death of Princess Diana in the lyrics of their album The Queen is Dead.

OK, so I didn't make up that one either.

No, Yamamoto was not on the plane. Yamamoto had the plane land at a secret airbase where he met with MI-5 agents. Yamamoto sent the plane on where the US fighters shot it down. Yamamoto was smuggled back to England in a submarine and lived out his life in quiet solitude as a gardener at Chartwell, Churchill's estate.

Good twist! It would explain the little Japanese Churchill's pet parrot would scream out from time to time. I heard that bird lived to the mid-1980's screaming anti-Hitler epathets.

They do the same thing with hot dogs and hot dog buns. Hot dogs: 10 to a package. Buns: 12 to a package. You have to eat 60 hot dogs to come out even. Of course, when you consider that processed meat is poison, this may be part of the NWO conspiracy to depopulate the world.

Big Pharma is working with the AMA to suppress the development of drugs because they don't want to cure diseases; if they cured diseases, then they would have no reason to exist. There is a compound that dissolves arterial plaque without harming vessel walls; a bypass in a bottle, but Big Pharma and the heart surgeons' lobby have kept it under wraps for years now.

The Arrow was developed using alien technology, the Canadians found in a crashed space ship in the north. Diefenbach, a reptilian overlord, was sent to squash the use of the technology.

Shortly thereafter, the reptilians needed a way to sedate they whole country so they wouldn't ever go back to developing such weapons. They developed a foolproof drug delivery system: Tim Horton's.
 
This is interesting.

What percentage of conspiracies do you believe that were made up for this reason?

Think of crop circles.

I believe that the first initial ones, were possibly made by plasma ball lightning after or near earthquakes. Then obviously people started creating them.

The guys who made the crop circles were doing it for the same reasons we are thinking. So it comes to my mind that I wonder what percentage of conspiracies are actually skeptics or jokers, just having fun, as compared to how many are real or other reasons.

At any rate, we could use the evolution of crop circles in something.

I also think that the mayans 2012 should be in there somewhere.

We can also use Isaac newtons view that the world was ending in 2060. Its about time someone started building that conspiracy so people can have fun in the future...

Finally.. i have a few more interesting ideas, that are failed conspiracy theories, that could be used to tie things together.

Some thoughts are... if we find hard to trace people in history who said weird things... we can get a big draw.

We could also go with this.

He talked about vril-ya a secret race that lived under the earth and he predicted they would come again. Its a little known conspiracy.

Vril is supposed to be the fountain of youth, that the human race has so often sought after.

Hitler, alexander the great, pounce de lion... were all searching for this fountain of youth called vril-ya.

We could tie this in with ancient hindu texts... and finally use the mayans to predict something vague to happen in 2012.

All movements are accomplished in 6 stages. The seventh brings return.

This is the 5th stage of mankind and we transfer to the 6th stage (the great darkeness) in 2012.

7... is the number of the young light (peace) it falls when darkness is increased by 1...

Ive been thinking about these conspiracy theories for a long time... lol .. so dont mind me :)

Finally... what could we really hope to achieve at the end of this? Would it backfire?
 
Zombie movies are a "straw poll" to see how we will react to a zombie plague in the future. Same with movies like "District 9", they want to see if we will accept aliens or not.

Oh, and "Skyline" is a leaked newscast they were planning to run next year.
