Some simple Tower 7 questions

Ward Churchill has a BA and MA in Communications from Sangamon State
    • Professor of Ethnic Studies at University of Colorado, Boulder
    • Regards the victims of 9/11 as "Little Eichmanns"
    • Regards America as a genocidal nation
    • Falsified his Indian background to qualify for an affirmative action position in Ethnic Studies
    • Accused of plagiarism
    • Lamented that the terrorism of 9/11 proved "insufficient to accomplish its purpose" of destroying the United States. Commented: "What the hell? It was worth a try."
Ward; the want to be an Indian Guy! He is not a technical field guy!

You need some practice doing better research.

He also lied about his service in Vietnam.

FEMA said the collapse was caused primarily by fire. The damage occured in the South West of the bulding yet the initial failure was in the South East under the penthouse.

Ah yes, FEMA....brought to you by the same folks who brought you the Katrina relief efforts.

Wizard: FIMA said the collapse was caused primarily by fire.
In actual fact, FIMA hasent got a clue what caused WTC 7 to collapse.

They concluded that thrie debris/fire hypothesis "appears possible" and further analysis is needed.
They have got another 80 boxes of documents to help them figure it out.

Of course this is like trying to determine what caused a plane to crash without looking at the pieces of wreckage.

The resolution isn't really good enough, but here's a closer look at those breaks

yeah, thats what NIST is working on

Probably worth repeating the suggested reading list here.

Also, I'd add the NIST presentation about WTC7:

This is still being investigated by NIST, but there's some good information here:

Going back to the original source, and getting a better image resolution, I'd say that a closer look clearly shows that the girders have broken at a join

Also, the source is FEMA, so do you trust government documents or not?
NO

Thanx for the closeup. Some of those could have broken at the bolt [or rivit] line if that is a bolt line. The bottom part is welded. Seens odd that they would weld the bottom half and bolt the top. In any case thats a very interesting photo.

The one i posted, on the other hand has been cut.

Steel bends and buckels. It doesnt just break off.[qimg]http://img140.imageshack.us/img140/4310/wtc7debris12xq8.jpg[/qimg]

Funny, I read this just after getting back fro mwork where we had to deal with a walk-in refrigerator door whose steel hinge snapped due to metal fatigue. The metal itself broke in half, not at a joint.

I wonder, does Christopher7=Christophera?
