So when does Paul drop out?

Can't you guys just admit that Ron Paul made this election year more interesting at the least. If it wasn't for him the Republicans never would have had someone challenging them on the war in the debates. All we would have heard was rhetoric about how we need to fight the terrorists and the surge is working bull crap. Instead we got Ron Paul with his squeaky voice yelling at them "Follow the Constitution!" and "We need a declaration to go to war!".

I don't know about you guys but I took pleasure in that and though I don't totally agree with Ron Paul on everything, I definitely respect him. For the diminutive Ron Paul to go up there and challenge those arrogant elitists on national television took a lot of courage, which is more than I can say for most of the people in this forum who think courage is kicking someone when they're down.

How about showing a little grace, instead being the cynical, depressive people you usually are.

Not happening here man! The people here only pick the winning teams after they are winning. You ask some of them whom they are supporting a few weeks back and you get, 'none of your business". Now its, Oh BTW I support McCain or Obama or Clinton. Sad really.

Please review the many excellent posts from Elizabeth I regarding the necessity of picking someone electable.
Romney quit.
Huckabee (to me) is abhorrent.
Paul is unelectable.

Remember, before you crow about Paul's great showing in Washington... Washington Republicans in the past have picked Pat Robertson as their nominee for President.
 
I was talking about in the debates, there haven't been any Republican/Democrat debates yet but when they start, it will not be about non-interventionism and blowback but it will be about time tables, surges and who voted for what. Basically it will be a watered down debate about crap that doesn't really matter.

And exactly why are his policies so incredibly insane? Is the world going to collapse under a Paul Presidency?

To my point as well. Many decide who is electable based on what they are told as to who is electable. Can you not see the circle of manipulation of the populous?

There would be no fighting civil wars in Europe which the Europeans should be taking care of and paying for.

There would be no fighting preemptive wars.

The man must be insane not to send Americas to die for non-American interests.

What are their long and short term goals?
 
Rtalman, you are in Washington State and participated. Why did they stop counting the votes an 9:00 PM and are waiting until morning to finish the count?
