Disrimination is a tricky subject. Whilst direct discrimination is well understood, indirect discrimination is big on the list as well - this is where you discriminate by more indirect means, eg banning headscarves (even for health and safety reasons ) would discriminate against Muslim women. [/B]
Or a law requiring motorcycle riders to wear helmets (for their own safety) discriminates against Sikhs, as does any law restricting the carrying of knives. (Both of which have been issues in the UK at some point)
I can't think of any other form of discrimination that is so easy to fall into, given the vast numbers of beliefs, rituals and requirements associated with religion.
