Say maybe sunmaster was using it as a "term of art"?

I certainly think so. It is quite an art he is putting together.

"direct coordination" is a term of art, but coordinate directly means something else?
'k! ( Talk about your made up, fact free claims, holy cripes!)
Let take a gander.... http://www.ecfr.gov/cgi-bin/text-id...=true&node=pt11.1.109&rgn=div5#se11.1.109_121
hmmmm the term of art "direct coordination" does not appear in the reg.
Oh Dr. Keith, you DO have us on.
The FEC argued, however, that evidence of "direct coordination" was a necessary prerequisite to a determination of "impermissible coordination," and it found no evidence of direct coordination.
Not directly coordinating, as would be in violation of FEC rules. As clearly stated in the article you quoted:
Which words are you having the most trouble with?
Then we can follow up with why we should concerned with Sid. Is he Joe Paterno bad or did he just work for Putin puppets in the Ukraine?
The FEC does post case summaries to help you out with regs like that. Here is a bit that can be found at the FEC website:
So far I haven't heard anything about Sidney that would make him seem bad or even make it so I wouldn't be friends with him.
Wanna try again?
Well considering that Sid was cheerleading the Libyan attacks which resulted in a *************** of a quagmire with tens of thousands dead...
Like Trump, then?
Obviously not, Hillary and Sid were cheerleading the attack on libya, and the incompetent handling thereafter (which lead to four Americans being murdered) as well as the fact it is an anarchic hell hole to the present day.
Nothing to do with trump at all, of course, but you knew that. Desperate times make for desperate derails.
Faze
what a very disingenuous response.
But as per usual, I will step boldly ahead and ignore the pretense and the gamesmanship and go ahead:
Hitchens is credible in this one case because he is describing a factual occurrence and his statement is consistent with, among others the affidavit submitted by Carol Blue (who was also there) as well as supported by James Warren, of the Chicago Tribune, and Scott Armstrong, the Senate Watergate investigator.
I look forward to an affirmative statement on whether you find Chris Hitchens credible.

I hate when politicians like Hillary lie to us, don't you?

Yeah, if only someone would look into that Benghazi thing...
Of course, in the defense of invading Libya he managed to throw in a couple of "they should pay us", but nothing that would phase a sycophant.
OK, If Sid is as bad as Trump then I can start to understand some of why Hillary should not hang out with him. Thanks Megalodon.
Of course, in the defense of invading Libya he managed to throw in a couple of "they should pay us", but nothing that would phase a sycophant.
On the other hand, if our resident sycophants hate him so much, then he might be a great guy.... I guess we'll never know.
My dear canine, I don't give a flying frack about your irony meter. If it was any good it would have disintegrated the moment you touched it.
I am defending nobody, just pointing out that going after Clinton on Libya might be a bit foolhardy at this point, given the orange statements on the subject.
But you know that, and are already preparing the "it was a Poe!!" defense for after the election.. good luck with that.
