And yes, ICE specifically themselves claim to NOT be police- which have specific rules they have to follow- none of which ICE do.....

I doubt that matters to Noem and Trump. They would have us believe that ICE is all that is standing between Americans and the alien hordes.

ICE are not police nor are they bound by police laws. And one of their members murdered a citizen in cold blood in daylight on film. Sooner or later he is going to be charged.

Perhaps. The FBI is not sharing evidence with Hennepin County, but the county is pursuing its own investigation.
