Should NY Governor Paterson resign?

Oh, Paterson is also going to be charged with an ethics violation. He is the ONLY person in State govt. to accept free Yankees World Series tickets. he could face a $100,000 penalty.

what a loser.

He should have just listened to it on the radio. Or his aides could have just made a bunch of crowd sounds and told him he was there and saved him the ethics charge.

If it's embarassing, people resign. If it's potentially illegal for jail time, they hang onto the job as part of a public relations gimmick for potential jurors -- see? I didn't resign because I did nothing wrong.


Is he at legal risk here?
