My first reply didn't really answer your question though. Earthborn pointed out what really matters; endurance. Navy Seals aren't exactly blooming with meat. You could call endurance strength of course, but I don't think that was the kind of strength you were wondering about.

Considering the Olympics, what sex would you say dominated the parts that require brute strength, endurance, and coordination?
If its men, then that doesn't mean that men are better at these things on average, women might not differ as much in these qualities between each other as men do, but its something to think about.
How much they differ should be considered as well. My guess is that endurance between men and women is negligible. If we were to conclude that black men have better endurance than white men, then that wouldn't be a reason to exclude white men.
