This is hilarious! On the same day the GOP insisted that the Constitution be read aloud, these two guys skip out on being sworn into office to do some campaign fundraising!

I like David Drier's response. He insisted that the two swore the oath, just not in the room.

This isn't a serious issue, to me. Just funny.
