An interesting, somewhat scary, video including Yeardly "Bart Simpson" Smith...

Do they hear themselves...I listen to this and hear words like "ideal org" and wonder what Orwell would have made of this....I don't understand the language...they seem to have imbued many technical words as well as others with sort of magical connotations that are captured in their making words that imply large concepts into short hand...e.g. "org" for organization, etc. Orwell nailed this process in 1984 among other writings. Anyway, a perfect org. coming your way....

I unfortunately have watched enough of their stuff to know what they are talking about in the vid.

Some of the people have been named. Not all though:

It is not certain how old this video has been out. The push for Ideal Orgs has been going on for several years though. Scientology used to push for "Saint Hill Size" orgs (After Saint Hill in the UK) But those require a certain amount of staff and public coming in for courses, and proved pretty difficult. Ideal Orgs rather are just supposed to be nice buildings (usually older and historic to grant the cult an air of gravitas and look of permanence) that are so impressive that people will be drawn to them.

The more cynical critic sees them as another scam. The buildings are bought and refurbished through direct donations from scientologists...and some Ideal Orgs have been asking for money for years with still little to show for it. They always seem to need "one more big push" to get them over the top. It is almost as if some of the money is funneled elsewhere...
The Ideal Orgs that never seem to get done make the most money for the cult. And the best part is, the ownership is transferred to International Management (Controlled by David Miscavige) and the scientologists who purchased and fixed up the buildings now don't own them and have to pay rent. Brilliant!

If you google ideal orgs and scientology, you will come across a lot more info.
Here is the Pasadena Ideal Org from Oct (and it looks the same in Dec) and you can see the lack of progress.
