I've heard some stupid religious and moral arguments in my time, but that one's right up there.

Apparently, you're sufficiently lower on the totem pole if you're foreign that you don't have to be protected from the rampant raping that occurs when women drive. Surely none of those rapists would want to copulate with such animals anyway.
 
Saudi women do not get raped. Some American women do get raped. So Saudi society is superior to American. Actually if a Saudi women does report rape she would be punished so she does not report it.

I wondered whether that was bogus too when I saw it the first time, since it was so unbelievable. I don't speak any Arabic, but I inserted some of the English phrases into Google Translate, and played the Arabic equivalents. For example:
