Apparently, you're sufficiently lower on the totem pole if you're foreign that you don't have to be protected from the rampant raping that occurs when women drive. Surely none of those rapists would want to copulate with such animals anyway.

I wondered whether that was bogus too when I saw it the first time, since it was so unbelievable. I don't speak any Arabic, but I inserted some of the English phrases into Google Translate, and played the Arabic equivalents. For example:

What is rape?
ما هو الاغتصاب؟

Audio translation in Arabic.


Sounds to me like they are definitely discussing rape.
