Satellites, meteoroids or artifacts?

Here is a link to a hi res fragment, about 2 Mb.

There seems to be three trails all starting from the first galaxy shape to the left of the top of the bright trail.

I see 5 evenly spaced pulses on the zoomed image, which I've circled in red. There's parts of a very faint line visible between the second and third, but I'm not convinced the line is actually visible on the rest of the picture.

It's faint enough that its visibility is going to depend on monitor settings. I can just barely make out the trail between the 4th and 5th pulses too.

This is what I found after playing with Starry Night Pro:

The only satellite in the original photo is MIDORI II (ADEOS-II).

The bright line indicates the trail of ADEOS.

In the local area of Grus there are a number of meteor showers.

They are not at peak but either leaving or entering peak activity, so I would say the other trails are meteroroids from these.
