Well, no. You find that somehow startling? Or maybe the intention was just a dig at a couple of candidates that lost? How many Dem PR pieces highlight rejected candidates?

yup, that add in the OP is all Palin. I see nothing wrong with it. Great add. The cadidate herself however, different topic, for a different thread.
SarahPAC does have another add out now, not sure if it was made before or after Nov 2nd, but it does feature the tea party "winners" in it. No sign of Joe and the Witch in it, but that is simply good add making.
