She doesn't actually think she can win anything beyond prom queen, does she?

She was elected Governor of Alaska that is a little more than prom queen. Although I agree she isn't likely to win much more than that now.

....and she was unable to stick to it.....
she's a starter...not a completer....
the term 'loser' comes to mind.
