Palin will run for Kyl's empty senate seat. Much less work to capture that seat, vaults her back into national spotlight, she's hoping she won't have to actually debate the other candidate, just do exclusive interview with Greta VS.

Half the country is below the median. Chances are that the scores are heavily weighted toward the bottom end, and more than half the country is below average.

I doubt that, since the really mentally low ballers tend to simply eat the pencils, and never get around to taking the test.
