Russian Amnesty Orgy

My wife is Ukrainian, so there would be no amnesty if I were to touch a single Russian, let alone the numbers involved in an orgy.

Neither my wife or I am from any eastern bloc country but there would be no amnesty if I did that either. In fact the physical penalty delivered to me, probably by my daughter, would be severe.

Here's Russia Today top host Oksana Boyko interviewing Tanya Lokshina, the head of Human Rights Watch Russia, about the topic. It's ... well, likely not what the russophobe ideologues expect to be broadcasted on RT, but also not what fans of Boyko (like me to an extent) are used to see as an outcome of her interviews. Certainly interesting.
