Tonight on SciFi for those that saw it, the station aired a Roger Moore hosted feature called "Secret KGB UFO Files." This seemed a bit dated so I guess some may've seen it before.
While there were some interesting aerial footage of MIGS encountering objects in the sky, the purported alien autopsy
was in fact that of a 2.5 foot Green Sea Turtle in an advanced state of decomposition. The translator refers to the "green" flesh they were dissecting out; Chelonia mydas, the Green Sea Turtle, does have green colored fat which is the origin of its common name. In addition the dissector needed a pair of snips to cut through the tissue because it was very tough (turtle shells, even decomposed, would require snips). And besides that it looked like a turtle. Its front flippers were arched in such away as to resemble a shoulder blade. They didn't actually claim this was an alien autopsy but the implication was there. They claimed they didn't know what it was so I guess they've never seen a dead turtle before.
