Our narcissistic subject continues to believe he will put one over on his interviewers, who he believes are his inferiors, and thus use the media to obtain the grandiose goals he fantasizes he is destined to achieve.

His problem is that he must continue his self delusions in order to reconcile the reality of each failed effort with his feelings of superiority.

Get ready for and yet another round of irrationality, anger, self medication and consequent depression from the subject.

His ego knows no bounds, after his drubbing last time any rational person would stay away from interviewers, not Menard though, he really believes they want him for his positivity.

Well what an interesting twist... just got this email. "Hi Robert, unfortunately we have to cancel the interview with you. My apologies, but our show producer is no longer interested in the story. Thanks for making yourself available and again I apologize for having to cancel this interview. " I guess they can't have the truth going out uneditted eh?

My reply.... I understand, your political masters can't very well have the populace subjected to the truth concerning us, it is far more profitable for them to create fear and division and misrepresent our beliefs. Would your producer be interested in being interviewed by me? Will they mind myself and others handing out pamphlets sharing our perspective outside CTV Studios, explaining to the public we have to do this because CTV will not allow us to present our actual views, choosing instead to vilify the Canadians who are standing for their rights?

In any event, was nice talking to you, can't say I am not disappointed. Would love to know who had a chat with your producer to cause them to change their minds.

True to form, in an attempt to square his inconsequentiality with his hyper inflated self image, our subject imagines that his un-newsworthiness is really the government's and media’s fear of his fezzed brilliance.

Then, as if he read the DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders) just this morning and has to check off another symptom he attempts to bully the CTV staff, who he sees as his cowardly inferiors.

One wonders what happens to Mr. Menard’s claimed 147 I.Q. brilliance when he seeks a forum in which he will, contrary to usual freeman tactics of asking endless questions, be asked direct questions and be expected to answer.

He is lucky they canceled.

Having watched CTV's attempt at a news channel, it has more in common with "Network" than what used to pass for journalism. If they lost interest, it's because giving him a soapbox (however briefly) would only cement how desperate they are to garner eyeballs (they're better than Sun News Network but that's damning with faint praise).

Adrienne Arsenault handed him his fez on a platter for anyone who's even remotely unbiased. He has more in common with the Black Knight from "Holy Grail" than anyone with passing intelligence

I like the part where, ignoring his own strict anti-coercion policy, Menard threatens to stand outside the CTV offices and hand out pamphlets because they did do as he wanted.

I am not surprised at the hypocrisy of his threat, rather the impotent hilarity of it.

The idea of Menard his few freemen/stoner quasi-friends getting up off their biscuit laden arses to stand outside the CTV studios in the dead of winter is just too comical.

After all Fez Boy’s minions don’t really have a dog in this fight. It was the Great Fezzed One that got canceled. I suspect that once these brave freedom fighters loose a little body heat they’ll start realizing that it’s really all about Bob.

Well, this is Vancouver you're talking about. Quick check of the local conditions shows it's 5C and raining; not all that bad.

Still, this is Menard and his devotees we're speaking of; I give 'em 15 minutes before the lack of a raincoat or umbrella causes his to fold like a cheap tent

I suspect they’ll put it all on YouTube. These freemen boys will ask passersby several leading questions and the first one that says “Really, I’d like to hear more.”, especially if that person has cleavage, will get the whole spiel about CTV and tptb being so deathly afraid of the great truth teller, Menard.

The poor soul will shake her head and wonder how she ever got herself into this on a cold, rainy Vancouver day. Then Menard will go back the studio re: garage, do a couple of bong hits and add in a few self serving comments.

The long and the short of it all is . . .and hear this freemen. . .your guru will be doing the same slight of hand he’s been pulling on you highly distractible souls since day one!

The three card monte trick is to get you to forget about Judge Rooke, and the folks at the Randi forum. . .the new boogie man is CTV. . .and Menard needs some money to fight then!
