Ah,,right I get you now.
Im not sure if he has, the sender of the mail quoted another individual and its the quote he appears to have issues with.
The individual concerned my clear it up.

The dope clock is still running!

It is day 33 since Fez Boy filed his magic papers and I haven’t gotten one scrap of paper from the courts, heard one peep from my internet and email providers, or in any other way been affected.

I'm also waiting for him to serve me with a Norwich order.

And I'm still laughing about his hilarious failure to realize that it will be just as useless as his Footle nonsense.

He supposedly has in-hand an email he claims he was able to obtain through a court order.

Has he attempted to contact the sender of that email by replying to it?

Menard has a copy of the email in question, without the headers. After I sent my original email to the Vic West Center, out of courtesy, I sent him a headerless copy.

Even though the Vic West center didn’t cancel his show, the truthful description of Menard in the email must have affronted his fantasies of success, intelligence and power, because the fezzed boy went off.

Pretending he had a valid court order, Menard attempted to fool the Vic West Center into forwarding the complete email on to him. On his Face Book page he attempted to bully me into sending him the complete email message. . . along with my name (which he already has) and mailing address.

Lies, deceptions and attempts at bullying are consistent with the narcissistic personality.

The weird part of the story is that Menard signed up for internet service that connects old friends and used the service to have a message sent to me at my email saying a “40 year old from Vancouver” wanted to contact me and “see my profile”.

I am sure Menard thought of this last bit as a menacing cyber stalk, but I thought it was just plain creepy.

Menards 46, he even lies about his age.
Im pretty sure nothings going to happen regarding Menards idiotic claims.
Lets just put it on the shelf with the rest of his lies/failures.

He's stopped talking about it on his Facebook wall, so yeah, I think he's reached the "drop it and never bring it up again" stage. As usual.

Yep, lets chalk it up as another Menardian success story.
If nothing else he's consistent.

PS , Is he asking if anyone can govern him without his consent yet?

Menard and his minions are reading what we post here. I am still getting email requests from males in Vancouver who want to see “my profile”. One came minutes after my post this morning telling readers about these latest FOTL juvenile high jinks.

Menard is one of the hand full of folks who have the email address. Everyone but him on the list is a mature adult. So he’s either making a fool of himself single-handedly or has passed the address on to stooges.

Menard passed my e-mail address on to some stooges, I set them straight on his idiotic antics with a few choice links to his shenanigans, they soon stopped when they realised what a tool he is.

Menard talking at 9:50 in the video:

"You can do it with a computer logarithm and a couple of programs."

It really is fun to listen to him using big words that he doesn't understand. :)

ETA: From the same video, the interviewer at 15:23:

"How are you going to prevent wackos and nut jobs from signing this oath (C3PO oath)?"

Too late. The "peace officer" with serial number 0001 is Menard.

It seems like the life cycle of Fez Head's schemes is getting shorter.

I managed to watch 10 minutes.
I'll go back to it later.
When the old "legal fictions" nonsense started to be parroted I fell asleep.

How on earth a grown man can spout such gibberish with a serious face is beyond me.

"Logarithms"... :)

There's the problem. He may be a grown man physically, but obviously not mentally.

Just to divert slightly away from Menards stupidity, heres a snippet from Ickes where all the idiocy goes unchecked now they have banned all the skeptics.
A little story from the ever foolish lesactive on the necessity of car insurance.
I had a 'what if' moment just yesterday. My mom was tired from driving so I took over for her and drove for over 200 km without license or insurance. My 'what if' regarded whether or not she was capable of making it the rest of the way. She knows full well about what I'm up to and has every confidence in my capabilities on the road. Her confidence rang true when we arrived safely at her house in her van. Had she driven the 'what if's' would be more along the lines of: would she lane drift, misjudge speed, keep an eye on road conditions, pay attention to the other drivers? I, being wide awake and fully capable of the task, weighed the balance of possibilities and chose the more logical and safe option. Is that irresponsible? I don't think so.

I doubt even a cop would deny the correctness of the choice. For safety. The license issued to me expired over 5 years ago so the very fact that I had passed all tests and absent any history of mishaps makes the notion of "unlicensed = unsafe" patently ridiculous. A cautious driver does not need personal insurance, imo.

It's a bit long for a stundie but worth a read.
