Roger is the guy who got jailed for two weeks for non-payment of Council Tax earlier this year.
I love the Magna Carta agenda item, should be a short night as almost all of it has been repealed.
Hopefully a few concerned law enforcement officials may decide to attend.
Oh, how do I know about the meeting, easy I am on the Lawful Banks mailing list. ;)
 
Actually, since they say it's "Magna Carta 2015", I'd think they were looking to issue some sort of updated Magna Carta for the modern world. Of course, this means they expect it will take them over two years to put something together....
 
Liz is acting as patron (shouldn't that be "matron"?), so that'll get all the CT'ists to think that she'll be the head of this op.

All gradually start to make their way home but whats this, a call is heard from the crowd.
"Just a minute guys, my names Baron Rubbing Raggius Menardius and I dont consent to your Magna Carta"
Everyone stops and starts to make their way back to the "drawing board"

What really just gets me is the over riding sense of arrogance...and I now all FMOTL/Sovereign woos are mostly like that because thats the allure of the woo (they think they are in charge and get to direct the show, thats why they buy into it)...but its just hilarious because hes SO arrogant and gets bitch slapped every time - he says he wont get tazed and gets tazed, he says he wont be searched and gets searched, he says he cant be removed from the court room and gets removed. Just a few minutes in -

Crazy Sovereign: "I AM NOT A PERSON, I AM A MAN!"
Officer (I presume): We need to search that (a folder, I think) before you enter the building
Crazy Sovereign: "YOU CAN SEARCH IT BUT YOU WILL BE BILLED..BLAH BLAH BLAH COMMERCIAL LIABILITY BLAH BLAH"

Sigh. As always, this shows yet again that when it comes to the kook believers the desire to believe is more powerful than anything in existence. This guy is going to voluntary make his life harder on himself by following the woo dance and waste enormous amounts of time all because he wants to believe. I mean, look, I get it at some level - Sovereigns feel powerful and in control when they practice their legal woo. And they go through immense trouble to film and document their 100% failure rate. Yet when you ask them for evidence of success...crickets. Take this kook for example - all he has to do to show soverign woo works is to show where he sent a bill to the officers for searching his stuff and they paid it. Thats it. That would take less time - just scan and put it on a free hosting site - than video taping the entire encounter where you only look like a pompous, arrogant ahole.

When he puts the camera down it shows his face and if this guy is a day over 20 I'd be surprised - looks like a teenager to me, a really young one too. Hes probably fallen down the "rabbit hole" through ATS and GLP and other CT sites and then he stumbled across soverign citizen woo when looking for legal advice. AND THE BIG WIN, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN - charged with indirect contempt and 3 counts of battery. How much do you want to bet this was originally over something simple like weed possession or a traffic ticket? Something that, if he hadn't done the woo dance, would have been a routine matter...I'm fairly sure those 3 battery charges will follow him around for the rest of his life if hes convicted.

ANOTHER BIG WIN!!!!!!!!!!! TAZERED, CHARGED WITH CONTEMPT, AND 3 COUNTS OF BATTERY!

EDIT: Oh my god he was there with his mom...the court staff even tell him to leave his camera with his mom. The court staff was also very nice, they asked him to to step back at least 20 times before they tazed him.

I watched the whole thing and am glad I did. Hilariously funny.

Funniest of all is that his mother posted the video because he was in jail.:jaw-dropp

Thankfully the majority of the comments point out the boys major mistake... Being a gullible dimwit.

That level of... er... intellect can only mean he's the second coming of Menard. The arrogance, the ignorance, the blissful disregard of common sense and reality...

I think we'll be hearing about this young man again. Probably as an example of a "success story".
