Now, is it your opinion that a freeman can win in court, or do all successes come from avoiding court? If you think freemen can win in court, do you know of any examples of this happening (you still dont have to provide the cases, a yes or no will do)

Are you sure you haven't mistaken this Robert for another one who has repeatedly asserted the ability to answer only one question at a time?

Yes, Menard, we work, pay our taxes, abide by the law and enjoy the benefits of our society. We recognize that our civilization is far from perfect and on occasion falls far, far short of our expectations and its own professed standards.

It’s the give and take relationship that men and women have enjoyed with human society since the beginning of time.

The relationship, as expressed in modern democracies, requires the state to respect human rights and provide a stewardship of the common good. However, this association necessitates that the individual grows up enough to realize that he is not the center of the universe.

It is on this latter point that you freemen fall short, Bobby Boy.

To you boys no society, no government, no law, no rule, no commonly accepted value should be allowed to stand between your piddling posse and their self-centered wants.

Despite claims to have accepted God’s Law there is really no law you boys recognize. Your cults makes no real contribution to society and the plain fact is if you tell the whole truth about something it’s only because you got confused and let the facts slip out.

Your crew can’t even follow forum rules to which you agree. And it seems you snake oil salesmen never pass up a chance to stiff some poor gullible, like Lance Thatcher!

Frankly, I think freemen are stuck in the developmental stage of a 10 year old who rails against his parents orders to clean up his room before dinner.

To be blunt the future doesn’t look to bright for the Me First crowd. The market for aging, bloated, balding, unskilled, freeman wannabes hawking long ago debunked woo is limited.

When the years of beer and weed catch up with you boys and you all become “the fat farts in the fezzes” the coming generation of self-centered pseudo-scholars will just kick you old sons to the curb.

With Menard words have whatever meaning is most convenient to him at that exact moment. Committing a definition to a dictionary would be no good.
 
I have evidence to suggest that Robert Arthur Menard will not be returning to this forum.
Robert has now finally resigned himself to failure and has deliberatly sabotaged his chance of ever producing any evidence to back his claims.
His latest action has now proved beyond doubt that 'Debbie' was a figment of his overactive imagination and his latest scam was simply that, a scam.

I hope we never see his like again.

So who’s the next Failed Canadian Guru? You folks already have dealt with Eldon Warman of Detax Canada (which I very much enjoyed.)

I suppose Dean Clifford from FreeManitoba would be the next logical candidate? That said, my impression is he has become a little scarce of late. Perhaps I have been turning over the wrong algae-covered rocks.

David-Kevin: Lindsay does not seem to have discovered the Interweb, so I suppose he’s out. Such a pity; I’d love to hear him espouse in detail on how changing the font of one’s name creates a different legal person.

[A secret admission: I have a quiet fondness for David-Kevin: Lindsay. Tis such a delight when a spurious quasi-legal scheme guru actually does go to court and personally argues their every half-baked meme. Right to the Supreme Court itself. The jurisprudence that results makes my job a lot easier!]

That leaves a pretty thin field. All I can suggest is minister Edward-Jay-Robin: Belanger of the Church of the Ecumenical Redemption International, and :Chief :Nanya-Shaabu:El: of the At-sik-hata Nation of Yamassee Moors. Neither seems to sell material or services, though Belanger pretty clearly does encourage others to engage in conduct which will lead to state sanction. :Chief :El: ... well, he is probably better described as a victim of psychological disorder than anything else. Aside from his very enthusiastic paper terrorism activities...

In the US I think these types of people are stockpiling ammo and joining militias. In Canada that sort of culture doesn't exist so the urge to rebel is expressed in the court system more often. That's my guess anyways.
