Bob, do you have issues tracking conversations? I mean, do you not recall that the comments were about upkeep (aka "maintenance) of the highways, roads, etc. you use and which you seem to be under the impression that your contribution by way of gas taxes satisfies your per capita responsibility? I've linked back through the thread so you can review the conversation; I hope this helps you.

And speaking of gas taxes, why do you pay those at all? After all, they must be as voluntary as every other tax as pertains to FOTL, mustn't they? And what about HST? Are you paying that at the grocery store, hardware store, etc? Or are you sucking it in because these are unavoidable consumption taxes applied at the cash register to all save those with government-issued documentation granting the proper bearer freedom from those taxes, a sticky situation that FOTList incantation doesn't allow you to duck?

I'd love for you to cite (as would, I'm sure, CRA and the boys and girls out of Dwight Duncan's office at Queen's Park) the stores that give you a walk on those taxes just so there could be some independent verification. But I shan't hold my breath

Avoiding tax? You're evading son. Two person contracts, sure but since the contract is for goods and services ( the raw materials and whatever work you put in) CRA and the Tax Court of Canada will look at it as income. And wonder where their HST is on top of that. Oh, and the "two person contract" with the laborer you use? That will likely be deemed an employment contract and then you'll be dinged for CPP, EI and other statutory deductions. CRA gets pissy is you don't remit the employee's taxes and the employer's share, just FYI.

Blamed maybe, but there would be no consequences, after all as we are both freemen we know we can simply refuse to consent to anything they throw at us.
Of course we both know the SIN doesnt ever belong to the human being it belongs to its 'person' so how can we be liable for anything?

I don't like saying this about Rob, as i've said i feel sorry for him. It don't bother me in the slightest if anyone want's to bum around, sign on,believe in any old rubbish, it's up to them. Oy! I'm a familiar of some Shriners at'd 'ave at you for that! They may drive small cars in parades for publicity but those itty bitty bumpers can do serious damage to your shins if they get you right.

But sometimes one has to gainsay the woo-spinners continually even when it seems their only audience has to remind themselves to breath.
