Ed Rob Menard's FOTL Claims

No actually. My position is that my personal information and details are none of anyone's business and refusing to provide them is not evidence of criminal activity.

If you refuse to give me your home address, does that then logically imply that you are living under a bridge and do not have an address? Let's test it. It is afterall YOUR logic. Post your RL home address. If you refuse to do so, you admit you have no address and are living under a bridge.

No wonder logic and reason carry no weight here.

Menard, I for one don’t care where you live.

What I and others ask for is some sort of documentation or reasonable testimonial of the out to court successes you have claimed over the last few years.

You are on record in your YouTube lectures as claiming:

- That you backed down a Vancouver cop who found you drinking in public. You say he entered his computer and found a notice from Canadian authorities stating that you weren’t to be charged with crime without the highest government approval.

- That an individual you know, following your advice in court, submitted a $1,000 fee schedule/ bill to a bailiff and was promptly paid by personal check.

I ask that you document these claims.

Substance please.

Sounds like a reasonable request. He claims successes, he should be able to provide evidence of them.

I feel I can safely say this is absolute bollocks.

- That an individual you know, following your advice in court, submitted a $1,000 fee schedule/ bill to a bailiff and was promptly paid by personal check.

More bollocks.

Honestly, do this wingnuts not realize many normal people have law degrees or have become judges? It's not like some closed secret society or cabal. Funny how the millions of attorneys in the US, not to mention the rest of the free world don't agree with FMOTL bollocks in the least.

So if I read the posts at the link correctly this individual managed to turn a minor traffic stop into his car being impounded and and spending time in jail? And is proud of the time and money, his own and that of the taxpayers/criminal justice system, he wasted with his idiocy? :eye-poppi

The first three paragraphs are unintelligible nonsense and the fourth he begins insulting the officers appearance? "Peppermint Pattie and Marcie."

Orders generate bills. Ask any waitress, lawyer or judge.

Waitresses?

I claim you owe me $2000 per hour or portion thereof for anything I do as a
result of an order accepted and fulfilled under protest. If you do not know
what the commercial and legal significance of operating under protest is, I
suggest you see a lawyer. Trust me on this though, you owe me $8000. Because
you were marginally professional and courteous, I will immediately halve that.
You now owe me $4000. Also, the RCMP as a whole owe me the same amount, for I
am claiming punitive and exemplary damages. I will be collecting from them as
well, and if necessary will do so completely lawfully by eventually seizing and
auctioning off one of their vehicles. I believe it is not theft if you have a default
judgement allowing you to seize and sell in order to recover on a lawful debt.

Posted 2 1/2 years ago. So, how'd that $4,000 work out?;)

I'd be interested to hear what Rob thinks about Roger Hayes & the BCG's links with the far right here in the UK? Hayes & Gerrish regularly take part in chat room debates on a notoriously racist website (The British Resistance) owned by one Paul Morris (aka 'the Green Arrow') & have also attended road shows organised by an outfit called 'Britain First'. For those of you not in the know Britain First was set up by two characters called Jim Dowson & Paul Golding who used to be big cheeses in the British National Party. They split from the BNP after last years general election.

He did not let me out of anything, let alone because I lay stone. (Brick requires more patience and attention to detail, which I sadly lack. River rock is very forgiving however) We found common ground because we had both done construction, and then found we had both done stone work, and stone workers are kinda snobbish. At least compared to roofers.

He did back off, but because I am a Freeman-on-the-Land and his computer told him so and he realized I was not subject to the Act he was seeking to enforce.

Hope that explains it.

Rob

agreed.
if he threatened the police like this, we would know about it, cuz he'd be in gaol.

Then he'll play his trump card, the Notary:

If you don't think I can do such a thing with a Notary, you need to read
Section 18 of the Notary Act. They are the joker of the deck and can do anything,
you, a judge or a sheriff can do. They are all powerful when they choose to
serve justice. They are the lawful witnesses to process and standards. Notary
Publics ROCK.

He needs to read s. 18 of the Notaries Act.

(c) attest or protest all commercial or other instruments brought before the member for attestation or public protestation;

Looks to me like they can attest or protest commercial or other instruments (such as claims and notices) brought before them for those purposes.

Incidentally, The Notary I worked with agreed with this interpretation.

Also you should look at the word 'may'. Does it mean 'can if they wish' or'must' as in 'shall'?

Well, I have never met them, so do not feel it is right to judge them. I know that makes me the exception on this forum, where folks feel so very comfortable judging those they have never met.

Rob, this is a forum, on the internet, it isn't a government.

What you need to do is to tell this to someone who is actually in a position to govern you without your consent. Until then it's just an internet tough guy routine.

So are we in agreement that nothing that happens here has any effect in the real world?

I mean some folks here have apparently claimed that FMOTL is false for no other reason then it was 'debunked' on this forum. (debunking on this forum seems to be insulting the holder of the opinion, until they refuse to try and discuss anymore, at which point victory is claimed, and debunking is accomplished.) But this is just an inconsequential forum, according to you. Same party has claimed that because I did not post here for a couple of days, that I am washed up, and laying in my own vomit. But this is just an inconsequential forum with powerless members, according to you.

I tend to agree with you, that this forum is for ***** and giggles and nothing that happens here has any effect or bearing on the real world. I also feel that if you do not post here for a couple of days, it may actually be due to you having better things to do, and not due to you being passed out in your own vomit. I know that is why I often go days without posting anywhere. Simply have other things to do in RL. But to some, (I guess those without a real life) not posting is evidence of being too drunk to do so.

Gotta love their 'logic' eh?

Incidentally, The Notary I worked with agreed with this interpretation.
I suppose he would agree with anything if you were paying him.
Well, I have never met them, so do not feel it is right to judge them. I know that makes me the exception on this forum, where folks feel so very comfortable judging those they have never met.

I suppose all the "children" on this forum have labelled themselves, surely it wasn't you who labelled them children was it?

Rob, go away until you decide to provide proof of your claims.

I mean some folks here have apparently claimed that FMOTL is false for no other reason then it was 'debunked' on this forum.
No. It is false because it fails in real life. Every time. We've simply posted the overwhelming evidence of this. Naturally, this doesn't stop you from telling people that it works, taking their money based on that lie, and then throwing them under the bus when they inevitably encounter disaster.

Unintelligible nonsense? Of course that can't be a function of your ability to understand, it must be on the other party, right? But why is it that it was intelligible to the intended recipients, and just about everyone else?:)

I ended up having a meeting with them, and using discussion and negotiation, established a mutually suitable resolution, which earned me big points with them, and resulted in my traveling around in an unregistered automobile with no license. Ever heard of a suspended sentence? This was a suspended bill, which I could present at anytime, if they crossed me again. They never did. Even made some acquaintances within the RCMP. When I was passing out that notice, they were known as 'The Peppermint Patty Letter' and I was approached a couple of times by cops who wanted a copy for themselves. Apparently she ended up swimming in 'Peppermint Patties'. They were left on her desk, in her cars, and her locker... Many laughs were had.

As for Peppermint Patty, that is now her nickname that will follow her for the rest of her career.

I bet she never forgets meeting me. Every time she is called Peppermint Patty (which is ALOT I BET) she is reminded of how I handled her. Every time she sees one of those delicious confectionaries, she remembers.

Some may not have liked the tone of the letter, but I did not like being abducted under the color of law, and having my property seized. And it hasn't happened since. This to me was a win. I got what I wanted. They never did.

Of course some will say that unless I got the $4k, I failed. However had I made my demand and gotten paid, I would have been targeted by them. As it was, I earned their respect and understanding, and was subsequently left alone.

Unintelligible nonsense?
Yep.

Of course that can't be a function of your ability to understand, it must be on the other party, right?
Not must, but in this case definitely is.

But why is it that it was intelligible to the intended recipients, and just about everyone else?
I don't know that it was, we only have your word for that and your word is notoriously unreliable.

I ended up having a meeting with them, and using discussion and negotiation, established a mutually suitable resolution, which earned me big points with them, and resulted in my traveling around in an unregistered automobile with no license.
I believe that is a big fat lie.

Ever heard of a suspended sentence? This was a suspended bill, which I could present at anytime, if they crossed me again.
You can present anyone your fantasy bill anytime you want, that doesn't mean that they're not going to laugh in your face.

Apparently she ended up swimming in 'Peppermint Patties'. They were left on her desk, in her cars, and her locker... Many laughs were had.
How honourable of you enabling, encouraging and then laughing at systematic bullying.

As for Peppermint Patty, that is now her nickname that will follow her for the rest of her career...
You must be so proud of your juvenile behaviour, what a fine example of upstanding freemanry you are.

Some may not have liked the tone of the letter, but I did not like being abducted under the color of law, and having my property seized.
Then obey the law, millions of people manage it every day.

Of course some will say that unless I got the $4k, I failed. However had I made my demand and gotten paid, I would have been targeted by them.
Why would that happen if everything was legal and above board?

As it was, I earned their respect and understanding, and was subsequently left alone.
I doubt the first part and the second part just means you haven't been caught again.

...and then the alarm went off and it was time to get up and go begging on the internet again.

Rob, stop telling fairy stories and start providing evidence

It looks to me as if you don't know what this means.

I've only just read the end of the rant. As usual Rob is playing at being important but this does seem like it could certainly be taken as a threat:Of course the letter is from 2009 and, as usual, Rob has done nothing yet, but it still seems at the very least a really stupid thing to send the the police.

I have to bring something up, to rob in regards to the bits quoted.

Hey rob, do you remember all your rambles at me about force and guns not being necessary. About how i am a child for thinking this, and things of that nature?

Would you care to explain this contradiction? Personally i think it is just you talking out of both sides of your face, but i am sure you have some stock reply ready.
