I cant remember if it was Rob or not but a freeman replied to that case with...Ah but the judge didn't say it wasn't an offer though did he, he just said it wasn't negotiable.

Legalese = Words I am too thick to understand

Statute = If it means me making money it’s a law, if it means me paying out money it’s a rule made up by an unlawful government.

Lawful = Unspecific rules I claim to obey but will not delineate.

Legal = Specific enforceable rules that I don't like.
 
Slave = one who allows themselves to be controlled, regulated or governed without their individual consent.
Super Slave = One who defends slavery while being one, usually by trying to insult and deride those who wish to follow their own conscience and live freely.
 
freeman on the land = an individual who attempts to extract money from gullible individuals by selling them and idea and a philosophy that he doesn't practice himself and absolving himself of all responsibility when the said advice gets them locked up.

1. Democracy does not require unanimity for the formation of a government, so that's your 'governing argument' dead in the water right there.
2. Statutes are not automatically repealed when governments change. They remain on the statute books as law until they are repealed. Statutes and government are separate. Whether you vote for a government or not, statutes remain right where they are. Again, consent to be governed is irrelevant.
3. Statutes are not contracts, so contract arguments are rubbish and pointless too.
4. Equality of men - yeah, so what? All are equal before the law. Guess what - statutes are part of the law.

So, once again, how have you cracked it? How is that that you claim to be free of all statutory law?

Slave? Really heard that too much these days. I am happy to be a 'slave' if by that you mean I live in a society where I pay for the benefits of living within it's laws and protection. I would rather that than live in some hideous 'Utopia' where people are free to take advantage of others. I have said before there are huge number of things i do not agree with that my government does. But i am afraid that it is human nature to abuse power. Absolute power corrupts absolutely, after all.

I also would have a big problem with people using the benefits of the society i pay to live but they don't.

No government or country has it perfect, but i still believe that this can be changed over time and hopefully improved. Not however by a small group of people who want everything for free.

Anyhoo probably starting rambling there but got to head off to work now.

Quite right, people waffle on about being slaves and constantly moan about the government whilst sitting behind the door waiting for the benefit cheque to drop through to pay for some lager,cigarettes and weed.

Some freemen on the other hand claim to accept nothing from the government however expect and accept its protection when they need it (copyright act) ;)

I give my consent to be governed in order to live in a society where everyone isn't trying to kill everyone else so your post doesn't apply.

What do you think it means?

Come to that what does "Without Prejudice" mean? Does it mean they aren't racist or bigoted or is there a strict legal definition; a technical definition which can be applied?

I have not received any tickets on my motorized bicycle since learning the Spirit, Process, and Effect of Law...

I have had opportunities to "challenge" the opinions of officers, but I stood silent, knowing that my right to stay silent will almost always keep me out of court and/or jail.

The charges I received before uncovering these "Secrets of Law & Commerce" were actually rightfully given, as I didn't have my pedal chain on that night, so I technically was riding a motorcycle, which is a motor vehicle, not a motorized bicycle, which is NOT a motor vehicle. Not my RULES, just the RULES of THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI.

It'd be one thing if I *didn't* consent to those tickets, but I did... only because I was ignorant of the law.
