Having being banned from DIF/Freeloaders and having my posts deleted...

What in the heck is all the new Bible Quotation nonsense all about?
An ancient American legal dictionary is now not good enough - so revert to quoting random things from The Bible?
They seem to be getting in a tizzy about The Queen having to obey her orders from God Himself.

..... oh dear. It's all quite sad that there are human beings who waste their lives believing such utter offal.

It's their ultimate answer to how they determine which laws "everyone" must obey, and which laws they can choose to ignore. By saying that the Freeman "Common Law" is based on the word of God, and not just the precedents established by men, they manage an end-run around the question we've always posed, which is why one law established by men should be so much more respected than other laws established by men.

That this completely violates the concept of separation of Church and State doesn't seem to bother them much.

Last time we had a Freeman posting on this, I asked him what laws I, as an atheist, was bound to follow, and never got a straight answer. If a Freeman cannot be bound by the laws of men to which he has refused to consent, how then could a Free Atheist be bound by the laws of God, which not only has he not consented to, but in which he doesn't even believe?

This "God's Law" dodge simply replaces legal coercion by the police and courts with religious coercion by the priests and believers.
 
So the FOTLers are trying the religion card, okay so are they following all the other aspects of these religions? What they aren't! Damn note me as gobsmacked

Well, that's the wonderful thing. Since your faith in God is a purely personal thing, you can then define the "God given law" as pretty much anything you want it to be!

Of course, above I only discuss the problems with Free Atheists on the land. Imagine the brouhaha we'll have when the Free Muslims, Free Jews, Free Hindus, Free Shintoists, Free Buddhists, Free Odinists, et al. get in on this act.

Why do the icke board get so upset and attempt to cover for rob? Don' they see that the skeptics on there are only trying to help them? Even if they think the skeptics are wrong about FMOTL, wouldnt they still be civil, considering the fact that the skeptics are trying to stop people losing their houses etc etc

I have often wondered the same thing, I have been banned from Ickes many times and its always when Robs in a tight corner, it has nothing to do with the content of the posts as the FMOTL believers are consistently abusive and it goes unpunished.
I did manage to get girlgye banned from TPUC though :D

I just wonder if its just hero worship by merlincove and ex-sheep.
The fact is that any lurkers reading the forum can see what goes on and will stay away from the woo.
WFS is worse in the fact that it edits threads to suit the agenda, most of my posts on there have gone and all the threads have been doctored to try and make out they were always like that.

I have been reading here daily but not written anything. After he decided to comment regarding me on one of his pm's to you I decided to just read. I found it to be not ethical in any way to even mention me in there. It might have been with well wishes however I had nothing to do with what you had written on that forum at all so therefore he really had no reason what so ever to even mention my name.

He really is so full of himself. I do find though that many of them are like this. Can't wait to hear how it goes with his new "countries". I have been reading on some of the forums that they all write on but have not seen any information publicly regarding how many live there in his first 2 phases (since he is on his 3rd), how things are working out there for them or any other information regarding this. I know that they have set up on the forum so that they have their own private location to be able to write to each other where we cannot see what is written but you would think that something as large as what he is claiming to be doing would be something that they all want to make much more public so that every one could see how wonderful it all.

I am really surprised that Rob himself has not said more about this since he really does believe that millions love him so much. Why not try hard to make it many more millions by publicly letting people know how it is all working out. How about from some of those that are living in his first 2 phases? You would think that some of these people would like to let us all know how wonderful it all is.

It is in this way you deceive even those on the RANDI forum. You leave out the context and fail to show yourself for who you truly are, and the comments made by you which gave rise to the comments. See how low you have to go to try and make points?

I have been a member over there on various occasions and didnt get an invite, make sure you are not being left out of the loop over there if you are a member and dont know about his "little club"

This was something that my brother also did and I presume still does. I honestly see no honour in what they do and how they do it. Is it honourable to tape a private conversation that you have with your sister regarding very personal things going on in her life without her knowledge? I can't imagine that many of us would believe it to be. He also taped private telephone conversations he had with our much younger sister. I call that shame on you rather than honour.

Is it honourable to call everyone that does not believe in what they believe in sheep. Not in my book it isn't. I could go on with many things that they have done while constantly claiming to be honourable.

More narcissism from Rob. I just love it, especially the "good doggie" part.

While my brother was here he was constantly talking about moving out into the woods and living more or less like a hermit in a tent all year round. I tried to explain that was great but once winter hit I was sure he would not be living in any tent in the woods.

Robs idea of his little paradise sounds pretty similar to me.

They have huge ideas of being able to live off the land. There is no way that they would ever pull it off for long periods of time because they are like the rest of us wayyy too used to modern conviences that we pay for or we pay taxes to use. The whole idea of this paradise they are trying to create is really starting to sound sooo 60's. Commune anyone.
 
Yeah I'm sure that with the proper context, stating that you have millions of fans would be not narcissistic at all. Also that dog analogy would make sense somehow.
