Ed Rob Menard's FOTL Claims

After all the talk of Rob ruining the life of poor Lance Thatcher, the irony is that Lances actions and his subsequent downfall have actually ruined Robs. :D

Everyone knows that Rob sold him legal papers for $800 and as a result ended up sectioned and awaiting trial and that has been Robs undoing.

He has vanished from all forums but still posts on his Facebook page (he's safe there, but Im watching ;) Im one of his friends :)

Oh and it is clear now that he is a conman

I didn't break any forum rule but take at my reply to a post from the site owner/moderator which he has now deleted, but has left my post making it look like it was me causing trouble.

Robert Arthur Menard of North Vancouver has been prohibited by the Supreme Court from appearing as counsel, preparing documents for use in proceedings, and identifying himself in any way that suggests he is a lawyer. He was also ordered to pay costs.

So much for his withdrawal of consent to statutory legislation.

Its better to ask for donations rather than charge a fee, if they think you are charging for legal advice they will be on you like a ton of bricks.

I'm truly shocked to learn that Rob Menard, of WFS and other bs fame, is a conman.

He always seemed so genuine and believable in his scaminars and comedy DVDs that cost a fortune and landed you in prison.

Menard has gone, we may never see his like again, well not for another ten years or until another recession when someone else regurgitates the same twaddle in another package.
 
Yes its now confirmed, Menards status on Ickes is now showing 'Inactive", he has officially abandoned ship. (maritime link ;))

It's finally dawned on him no one is falling for his nonsense anymore, the only person on his side of late on Ickes was kaisersozey, (me)now Im banned he's had enough.

It's mental the way this lot cherry-pick the various editions of Black's Law Dictionary. There's another thread about 'lawful rebellion' and the first thing it does is make the recurring mistake of citing 'Magna Carta 1215' of which version never came into being law.

Last month Menard was overly excited about documenting JargonBuster's MENS REA. Has anything happened since then? Lawsuits, letters from lawyers, arrest warrants?
