Exactly. An ad hominem attack isn't always a fallacy, but it certainly is when it's made in response to an opponent's argument. JB's arguments do not hinge on JB himself or his credibility. He isn't making any claims from personal experience or knowledge. There is nothing he has argued that couldn't be argued by anyone else on this forum, or anyone who has a basic grasp of law and access to the Internet.

An ad hominem attack is perfectly valid, though, when you question the credibility or character of someone who is making personal, unverifiable claims. And that's where you come in, Rob. You don't just make arguments in favor of FOTL, you also tell plenty of stories about yourself or other people getting their charges dismissed in court, eliminating their debts with paperwork, and even admissions from judges that FOTL is entirely lawful. And of course, you never post any evidence of these stories being true.

Those claims hinge on your credibility. It is not a matter of your logic being right or wrong, it is a matter of you personally telling the truth or lying. So, when we point out that you sell freeman teachings for profit and have a financial interest in making sure that people continue to believe that it is true, it is entirely valid to suggest that you are fabricating these stories and lying to drum up business.

I really wish he would answer these questions. After all, since hes right and we can opt out of society certainly fiat paper currency has no value - and by taking such fiat paper for his "work" he would be consenting to be a member of that society. So certainly he doesn't want me to send him fiat currency for his Freeman products - here I am offering the 100% legitimate freeman Accepted for Value AND Birth Certificate Bond payment to buy your ENTIRE store rob. I will A4V the entire value of it. Why won't you respond so we can set up a time for delivery?
 
Rob just can't accept that I am just some bloke on the internet who isn't happy with him peddling a scam.
It would appear that he has to try and believe that I am some paid government agent sent to test him and keep his plans of world domination under wraps.
If he were any sort of threat he would have been simply arrested and locked up.
Its the delusions of grandeur that allow self styled gurus to believe that they warrant government special treatment.
Really ,its laughable to see that someone would really believe they were being targeted by the government on a one to one basis.

The same goes for alt-med types. They have a vested interest in the SCAM (Supplementary, Complementary and Alternative Medicine) they are peddling, and accuse anyone who opposes them of also having a vested interest.

It falls down by similar reasoning: what makes you so special that if you were such a genuine threat to such a massive governmental conspiracy you wouldn't have disappeared/had an accident/been quietly arrested years ago?

Could it be that having no principles themselves they can't conceive that someone would actually act out of pure principle.
 
I dont think Rob has grasped the fact that the whole point of me counterposting him and highlighting his failings is to expose him to as many people as possible, he still doesnt grasp that his only chance of success at fleecing people is if he stays low key.
Mainstream attention is what I have been seeking for Rob for over 2 years, once he gets that then he will be in more trouble than he can possibly imagine.
And he thinks doing TV interviews is actually going to help him :)
 
He does seem to be unravelling a little.
Never mind he has total belief in Karma, perhaps that will be his undoing.

JB, JB, JB..... if my intent is not to fleece people but to make them question that which is, and seek that which they do not know, you are actually helping me.

Mainstream attention is what you seek for me? Well one thing I do not see is why you would remain hidden if that is your goal. Would you not do better being in the public yourself? You will use the excuse of course of not needing the ego boost, but boosting your ego is what you are doing anyway, and quite likely there is another reason, and that is the people with whom you associate IRL would not accept your tactics or position. So you hide.

And that raises the question of WHY you would not surround yourself with people who agree with you, and why instead you associate with those who believe in what I have to share instead?

Maybe you should learn a lesson from this guy Rob.
Offer to represent freemen in court and you personally can weave your magic for the judge on their behalf and if it fails then you can pay their fines, after all if what you say is true then it wont cost you anything will it?
Get yourself a truck (doesnt have to be dark blue) and ferry people to court, dont forget to de-register it to add weight to your argument.

Okay, my claim is that 'the government' is composed of people, and those people are bound by the law, and therefore they require consent before they govern another, or else they are not operating lawfully.

What do did you wish me to prove?
That they are people?
Or that they are bound by the law?
