Thank you. I leave when I want, though I know you keep doing that cause you want me to leave, so you can claim victory, and you can't do that otherwise.

I did write that, but I also stay away from those governable actions, because I do not see responsible government. Is that clear enough for you? You must have missed the IF in my sentence. You miss a lot don't you?

You don't know what "responsible government" means, do you?

Remember the election just a few months ago? Remember why we had it? Two words: confidence vote. The Harper govt lost the confidence of the house. That (govt must maintain confidence of HOC) is one of the core principles of responsible government.

I gave you a wikipedia link that explained it. If you are the law expert you claim to be, you should know these things about the system you pretend to reject.

Why you so obsessed with me and how I live my life JB? What business is it of yours?

I own it. Paid money for it. Have fee simple title held via a trust. Was planning on claiming alloidial title, though am now trying to sell it cause this area is not for me. Way too cold in the winter and mosquitoey in the summer. And the reason I came out here was for a romantic reason, and she does not want to live here, so I have to find something warmer.

Does that ease your obsession JB?

We are all governed. Some of us consent, some of us don't. The mechanisms for consent exist and are obvious. Many of those who don't consent end up in jail. Some of those who don't consent and end up in jail do so because you told them to.

Quit selling lies about consent to vulnerable people. Alternatively, provide some evidence that you are not selling lies.

Is the fact that I do not sell them but share them freely important or do you insist that giving away for free is the same as selling? You know, just like you feel that 'consent of the governed' does not mean exactly what it says, and you have to interpret it as 'consent of the people' to make your argument work?

Wow, a lot of legal sounding terms there Rob, it would appear that it was all done legally then via statutory legislation passed by a responsible government.

I'm not here to answer your questions, Socrates. I'm here to hold you accountable for the damage you do to Canadian civil society, minimal thought it is. I doubt I have much effect, but you never know. Some lurkers could have second thoughts about trying out your scams in court when they see how ridiculous your claims are.

I wrote a long post about consent in another freeman BS thread. I'm not doing it again. If you want to know what I think, go find it with the forum search function.

Who knows what something will appear like to you! You are the one who claimed that since a contract required mutual consent, mutual non-consent was required to avoid it!

It was done lawfully, through a trust. Something that existed prior to legislation. And I did it without submitting to it. My trustee did that. Simple eh?

I just love how you always seem to think you are winning, yet fail repeatedly!
