Riots in Sweeden

Five days of riots going on in Sweeden. What's going on? Anyone from Sweeden here can comment?
 
I guess Sweden with their free housing and benefits for immigrants wasn't progressive and tolerant enough.

Overblown hysteria localized to the suburbs around the nation's capital. It's a small number of people occupying the time of police and fire departments. There's no real risk of the riots spreading. Programs are in place in most cities to familiarize minority populations with the police and grow mutual respect. This has shown its effectiveness in that immigrant kids speak out against the riots.
 
But..but..Sweden is a paradise of progressive redistributionism. Why are the cities being burnt down? This can't be happening.

It's not. No city has burned down, nor is any city in the process of being burned down.
 
Sweden should do a better job of integrating its immigrants into its social and economic fabric.
 
I'm very interested in the underlying discontent.

But the riots themselves are just riots by a couple of hundred 16 to 25 year-olds.

This seems largely like an instinctive reaction when the authorities are overwhelmed.

It's not as widespread as when some hockey team lost and the residents turned Calgary into a copy of mid-nineties Grozny.

Don't confuse him with facts... He knows Sweden is facing extinction by fire, and it's all due to socialism.

Every time a car blows a tire in Scandinavia a thread gets started and everyone on the right goes "Ah-hah! Told ya socialism doesn't work!":rolleyes:.

To the OP: yeah, there's a bunch of discontent idiots who are very angry and have never been taught better ways to handle their anger than to let it out on policemen and innocent peoples' automobiles.
