Balsamo has been handed his rear so many times over the past 6 or 7 years if he was ever told to haul a** he'd have to make 2 trips. From the ground stop to Gopher 06 to the Pentagon to the cockpit doors to ACARS to an aircraft falling apart as soon as it exceeds Vd speed to this latest smackdown of "flutter" and aeroelasticity standards by the FAA - in short virtually every aspect of what went on that day. He has consistently been only one thing - more screwed up than Hogan's Goat's soup sandwich about practically everything. No question.
