Apparently, cabinet secretaries and other high-level appointees were flown to Republican campaign events in 2006 on the taxpayers dime in violation of the Hatch Act, 183 times.

However, it's no big deal though.
OSC spokesman Darshan Sheth said no criminality was uncovered in the office's investigation and that therefore, the results were not referred for possible prosecution to the Justice Department, where spokeswoman Tracy Schmaler declined to comment.

So it wasn't criminal, just stupid?

ETA: And it took 5 years to figure out?

Is that the same amount of time it took Clarence Thomas to figure out how to fill out a financial disclosure form? In his defense, those forms can be real confusing since they are in legalese.
