Repealing the 22nd Amendment, Removing Presidential Term Limits.

Most countries that don't have a term limit, also don't have any single person with as much power that the president has in the US. It's just not the same thing to have the same prime minister for 23 years or so. Plus, it seems to me that (for not entirely obvious reasons) the incumbent has a much greater advantage in the US than in most other countries.
