Randi test your ESP kit

I have a "kit" that tests if you have ESP or not. And Mr.Randi put it together! It comes with directions, and doesn't even hint at his true beliefs! I think it's really cool, as if you follow his directions you will find that there is nothing to it.

I wonder if it sold well....probably a "kit" that somehow tipped the odds and made people think they did have ESP would sell quite well.

It was put out by Dover books. My kit is intact, so it was never used.:(
 
It's called "Test your ESP Potential" by James Randi.

"a complete kit with instructions, scorecards and apparatus"

It's from 1982 and has the traditional cards and rules for setting up the tests. There are scorecards and sort of a definition of what would count as "above average". There is also a simple test of 10 runs suggested, and to look out for cheating and all that. It's pretty cool!
 
There's a number of them used (and a single "new" one) offered at amazon. Think I'll pick one up when the paycheck comes in....
 
When I was in junior high we did a experiment for science on esp. Testing my friend and I to see the wavey line etc. That would have been more in the late 70's. Anyway we concluded at the time that we really could not beat odds. Although we scored slightly better when one of us tried to "send" the message. But not enough to be impressive.
 
I'm getting this for my "psychic" brother for Christmas.
I don't think it will change his mind, but if I can provide a sliver of doubt, I'd be happy.

Now when will Randi make a Past Life Regression Home Test Kit?
