They were both cuties. Lauren's BF is a agent with the CIA so I'm treating her very respectfully and Sarah is too young for me (damn it:mad:) but she is single.
 
While I would love to meet up with the jref forum folks, the task of finding people amongst this crowd seems a bit daunting.

...that being said, I will be the naked one streaking through the crowds.

We are using this site for our bus/van group. You sign up and you are given a phone number and then everyone that signs up under that group name will receive any text sent to that phone number. It is getting a little late in the day but this could work if anyone wants to set is up. Jeff Corey has my number already.

Excellent, just sent you a text.

My wife and I flew in this afternoon and so far haven't had time to do anything but check into a hotel and ride the metro to a Morroccan place on King street for dinner, but already we've met lot's of other people in town for the rally. Mostly college-aged and 20's aged people.
 
sitting in Rockville waiting for my lazy compatriots to wake up. Not sure if it is coincidence or not, but this hotel is booked solid. Have a safe rally everyone!!!
 
I've got a couple of friends going.

But, it's pointless. Despite the 'Sanity' in the name, they'll come home, and still vote straight Democratic.

Until people wake up to the fact that the Democratic and Republican parties are committed to keeping the statist status quo, we're going nowhere.
 
I just tuned into the live stream a Comedy Central.

So far, it is a bit lame. I hope it gets better...
 
Looks like a huge crowd, bigger than Glen Beck's 'tard rally, I would say. For something that started as a joke. That has to be embarrassing.
 
Beck COULD handle this gracefully. Something like:

"Jon Stewart is our modern day Samuel Clemens. It looks like his gathering was a lot of fun, and we could all use more sanity in these times. Now, lets look at the real state of the country..."

I'm guessing he won't go that route.
