Oberlin college social justice prof spouts anti-Semitic conspiracy theories, keeps her job:
A professor at Oberlin College, one of the most prestigious institutes of higher education in the country, has written and shared a series of Facebook posts claiming that Jews or Israelis control much of the world and are responsible for the 9/11 and Charlie Hebdo attacks and the rise of ISIS.

Joy Karega, an assistant professor of Rhetoric and Composition, shared a graphic shortly after the Charlie Hebdo shooting last year of an ISIS terrorist pulling off a mask resembling Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The terrorist has a tattoo with a Star of David and the acronym “JSIL” – presumably a Jewish version of ISIL/ISIS. The picture includes graphic text implying that the murder of cartoonists was a “false flag” conspiracy designed to stop French support for Palestinians. In the accompanying status, Karega wrote, “This ain’t even hard. They unleashed Mossad on France and it’s clear why.” The Mossad is Israel’s national intelligence agency.

Imagine if it was a Jewish prof spouting black conspiracy theories, he'd be gone in a heartbeat.

I've always said that anti-Semitism is the one "ism" not only tolerated but embraced by the SJW left, this is yet more evidence of that.

One more tidbit:
Karega received her doctorate from the University of Louisville in 2014 and according to Oberlin College’s website, began teaching courses at Oberlin in 2015. In December, students in the Black Student Union issued an extensive list of demands to the Oberlin College administration. One demand was to guarantee tenure to a number of professors, including Karega.

According to her profile on Oberlin’s website, Karega’s teaching and research interests include black political and protest literacies, translingual composition, rhetoric and composition historiography, social justice writing and writing pedagogy. Karega is working on a book project that draws upon archival research and oral history and historicizes the political literacy education of the Black Liberation Front International, a black student organization at Michigan State University from 1968 to 1975.

This stuff she put on social media is simple "Jewish conspiracy" Antisemitism worthy of the phony "Protocols". She should be sacked unless she can claim mental illness as an excuse, which I doubt.
 
So now you are all for professors being fired for what they post to facebook? Clearly we need less academic freedom.

Problem is, SJWs have had to basically sleep with Islamists because otherwise it's racist. That kind of pits them against "da jews", who I guess represent the rich white oppressor or somesuch.

I am trying to figure out the outrage in the OP. Clearly all professors need to have their social media monitored at all times for Bad Thoughts, but when they get caught in this what is the process to go through to fire them?

She's an assistant prof. All they really need to do is deny her tenure when she comes up for it.

I think WC was just marveling at the fact that Raging Anti-Semitism Still Acceptable To Social Justice Warriors, and the double standards in place. As he said, imagine if it was a Jewish professor spouting black conspiracy theories.

So what is his example of them demanding professors resign over social media postings?
 
It's funny to me that an incident at a tiny college in the middle of nowhere is considered to be emblematic of the entirety of "Social Justice Warriors."
